Artist and self-educated professional designer

Creation has been my job for more than twenty years. It is an intellectual process which becomes real by means of a technique, or several in my case. The eclecticism of my work is only apparent because it is directed exclusively towards and around the human, the body in particular.

It is always concretized by a volume, which falls under space by means of a matter and is an indissociable concept of division with the other.

My privileged artistic technique is sculpture: stone bronzes and terra cotta. In parallel I draw the human body from live models.

My work of creation is exerted in the field of the creative leisure and the textile design, essentially cards explained for women's magazines and practical books for the edition.

Moreover I animate on Wednesdays, for the children of the elementary schools in Les Lilas, workshops modelling or drawing with the municipal recreation centre.

I have been registered at “la Maison des Artistes since 1989, previously from 1981 to 1988 I worked as free lance.

Born from a father architect decorator and a mother who will be successively model maker for haute couture, mannequin then director of a dance school, I find in my work all these components: construction, decoration, colour, fashion and the human body.

My basic training: the cinema department of the school Louis Lumière will also influence my work of artist by the importance of the framework.

I learned my job of a self-educated artist as a practitioner with eagerness, by studying the Masters Michel-Angel, Brancusi and Louise Bourgeois, Ingres Matisse and Modigliani and by taking courses:  watercolour with the painter Bernard Perrone;  drawing in the workshop of Christian Billet;  sculpture with Martine Bassole and Martin Zwobada; modelling with Francine Auvrouin

Since 1988, many participations in sculpture Art galleries in Paris region and Brittany, personal exhibitions, workshops, open doors and demonstrations of sculpture.
